thedramazone is unique in offering a specialist mediazone, where students will have access to professionals from a wide range of disciplines, including film and tv cameramen, producers, editors, presenters as well as journalists, bands, singers and entertainers.

This term we have has sessions on sampling music, DJing and film. themediazone looks at a variety of specialist areas and professionals currently working in the industry will visit to offer advice, encouragement and the benefit of their experience.

Future sessions include visits from a BBC television producer, a Real Radio DJ, a BBC Newsreader and will hold practical sessions on audition and interview techniques and further sessions on film and music production.

themediazone is a central part of thedramazone and ensures that in addition to regular tuition in drama and dance there is the opportunity for a range of other areas to be explored. Crucially, there is direct contact with professionals working in these areas who can offer the benefit of their experience, advice and skills.
